Breast Cancer Quilt Currently on Display in Texas Cancer Center

This project was constructed from contributions from several women in and outside of the U.S. to be displayed at Arrington Cancer Center in Lubbock, Tx. Most of the women were involved somehow in the Way to Women's Wellness Foundation (WTWW) Breast Cancer Calendar project. WTWW was founded by Victoria Adams Brown to raise money for Breast Cancer Research. Crazy Quilting, Silk Ribbon Embroidery, Fabric Painting, Applique, Beading and other techniques make this project a diverse work of art. It was the brainchild of Barbara Blankenship, the project "mom". My block is the one with the face on the bottom row. To donate to WTWW, go to www.wtww.org.
